BAFF: Shorts (WTF)
<div><div>The final block lives up to its name. Eleven shorts so strange we legally cannot describe them here. Confusion, carnage, and at least one family that is not, in fact, happy. You'll see. </div></div><div><br></div><div><div>1. <b>Double Dipper</b> — [ 7:50 ] In a world turned apocalyptic by the sun's heat, ice cream is a survival necessity. When The Wanderer accidentally drops his free scoop, he's forced to impersonate someone else for another and his greed does not go unpunished. </div><div><br></div><div>2. <b>Lady Puritan</b> — [ 15:42 ] As dream life bleeds into waking reality, a woman haunted by her Puritan ancestor must confront the terror buried deep within her bloodline, fracturing the veil between worlds and fighting for her life. A surreal meditation on ancestral trauma and what we are born carrying. </div><div><br></div><div>3. <b>The Ethereal</b> — [ 15:00 ] A visually stunning art house horror: a young family's fresh start in an old New Orleans house unravels into cryptic notes, a window that won't stay closed, and neon-drenched hallucinations — a haunting exploration of family, grief, and a house with a mind and hunger of its own. </div><div><br></div><div>4. <b>Il Paio Perfetto</b> — [ 15:09 ] A segment from the Toe Tags Anthology. A homage to Italian giallo film with a foot fetish twist. </div><div><br></div><div>5. <b>Wall Udder</b> — [ 8:34 ] A dissatisfied woman confronts repressed feelings of malaise after her partner comes home smelling like milk. </div><div><br></div><div>6. <b>Carach Angren</b> – Ik Kom Uit Het Graf (I Come from the Grave) — [ 4:54 ] Music video for the Blackmetall-Horror band Carach Angren, where a woman behaves strangely on the streets of Belgrade, surrounded by flies, before giving birth in front of a display to a giant larva. </div><div><br></div><div>7. <b>A Child of Pain and Spit</b> — [ 28:00 ] Erika holds a man chained in her bathtub. It soon emerges that he is here of his own free will.
