WTF is Buried Alive’s most popular block, curated for the wild, the bizarre, and the beautifully absurd. From a drug-addled gangster thrown into chaos by a former lover, to a grief-stricken father haunted by a ghoulish apparition emerging from a junk drawer, the block thrives on surreal horror and unexpected twists. Audiences will encounter street punks outsmarted by their prey, a preacher exploiting a talking Poop Bucket to internet fame, and a woman confronted by a manhood-stealing clown in her home. Intimate moments of horror mix with experimental and experimental short forms, including 15-second micro-shorts and a 16mm slice-of-life following the last Ghoul navigating loneliness, music, pets, and human absurdities.
